Our client is a US-listed Medical company. The company achieved double-digit growth year-on-year in last 5 years in APAC market with 5000+ employee globally. With Hong Kong as a regional hub, they are currently looking for Regional Business Process Manager to leverage the growing business further and drive business process enhancement plans for APAC.

You will be responsible for all business process improvement and SOP development strategy in line with the commercial objective for the Asia market. As a Regional Business Process Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the internal key stakeholders, HQ and Functional Heads to design and drive standard operating procedures in the organisation
  • Defining roles and responsibilities of all positions and departments in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Collaborating with the management team to identify and recommend process and systems to drive measurable enhancement in key performance metrics
  • Collaborating with cross functions to review the current business operation flow and develop new process for business efficiency
  • Developing the best practice, management process and operating procedures to maximise effectiveness
  • Associating with top management and develop business transformation strategies and plans in line with business objectives

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree and have 6+ years' experience in a Business Process Improvement and SOP Management role at the regional level
  • Experience in regional business process improvement projects with knowledge in Medical Device OR Pharmaceutical OR Healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in project management, designing training manuals, flowcharts and implementation procedures
  • Solid experience in senior stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding commercial acumen, presentation and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
