Regional Business Analyst - D365 Application Support | 45 - 55k

Our client is a globally recognized brand seeking an experienced Regional Business Analyst with strong Dynamics 365 Finance expertise to support ERP optimization and finance transformation initiatives.

This role partners closely with Finance, IT, and external vendors to enhance system capabilities, streamline finance processes, and ensure the D365 Finance platform scales with regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and D365 (Finance) configuration.
• Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations in collaboration with IT and vendors.
• Support finance users through issue resolution, root cause analysis, and ongoing system optimization.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance reporting.
• Lead UAT, test scripting, user training, and documentation.
• Support ERP rollouts, module implementations, and regional finance transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst focused on finance ERP.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance (AX experience is a plus).
• Solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including month-end close.
• Experience with system configuration, workflows, master data, and integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
