Regional Brand Manager (Beauty; 55-65k)

My client is a top tier beauty MNC. Looking to enhance their regional marketing team, they are now in search of a Regional Brand Manager.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the strategic regional central hub for the entire brand regarding brand development, campaign management and local marketing management
• Lead the brand on new initiatives, regional branding direction and large-scale campaigns for both online and offline marketing activities
• Collaborate with internal stake holders on brand strategy development in compliance with global branding guidelines
• Manage, support and monitor local marketing teams' campaign executions
• Conduct regular marketing research on market trend and analysis on consumer insight or business performance to further strengthen brand strategies
• Review regional marketing strategy and ensure brand direction can meet business objectives

To qualify, one must possess:

• Degree holder with at least 7 years of brand marketing experience within the consumer and retail industry
• Proven track record on managing brand strategies and large-scale marketing campaign
• Experience within beauty, cosmetic or luxury industries will be an advantage
• Experience on regional or multi-counties marketing management will be an advantage
• Proactive with good communication skills and a can-do attitude
• Strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
