Recruitment Consultant

Our Hong Kong business is now looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing teams to build and grow their career within recruitment. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to explore a career in recruitment or an experienced consultant looking for a new environment, desk, or a step up in their current role.



What you will do

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for potential opportunities.
• Manage the candidate recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Post up clear and concise job ads based on clients requirements on job platforms.
• Facillitate check ins with candidates previously registered on our database
• Ensure all records and communications are input onto our internal database

Who we are looking for:

• Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese is required.
