Job Duties:

  • Among the admin team and report to Office Manager
  • Handle incoming calls & emails, mailing & courier services
  • Receive visitors and registration
  • Assist in general reporting and administrative duties, such as expenses
  • Arrange meeting rooms and maintain tidiness of reception area
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Cheerful, organised and service-oriented team player
  • Related work experience in MNC/ FI field is highly preferred
  • Strong communications skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good PC application including Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability as a plus
