Receptionist - Leading Asset Management

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, representing the firm with professionalism, discretion and efficiency. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth front-office operation within a fast-paced environment.

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage the reception desk, ensuring a tidy and presentable front-of-house area at all times
  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately
  • Coordinate visitor registration, access passes, and meeting room bookings
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to nitify employees of visitor arrivals
  • Provide administrative support to office management and business teams as required
  • Assist with meeting logistics, including room setup, refreshments and coordination
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries
  • Maintain office directories, contact lists, and visitor logs
  • Support ad-hoc office operations, events, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Uphold confidential and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
