Our client is an international law firm, providing legal advice to major business and financial centres all over the globe. They are looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Hong Kong.
Reporting to Office Manager, your daily duties include answering phone enquiries and transferring calls to the responsible parties, to greet and serve guests/ clients with great professionalism, maintaining accurate Meeting Room Booking Record, checking incoming faxes / emails and forward to responsible staff, update Public Holiday greetings on general line's voicemail / general office inbox. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of various office equipment, furnishings, stock & place order for Pantry provisions, stationery, printing paper as well as liaising with building management for maintenance issues. You will also need to arrange weekly inter-office and daily couriers, input mailing charges in Citrix for Accounts Team as well as arranging for local by hand delivery pick ups. You will be handling the set up for internal events, including arrangements of food, beverage and any special requirements, to maintain and up-keep accurate record of all the library book & updates in the firm's library.
To qualify, the individual must possess:
- 2 years professional services administration experience; previous working experience in a legal and/or financial services industry would be preferred
- Hardworking, friendly and able to show great professionalism through customer services internally and externally
- Proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required
