Our Client is one of the well recognized Financial Services who is now looking for a Receptionist to join their team


  • Answer phone calls and greet guests in a professional manner
  • Screen emails and manage conference rooms
  • Handle clerical and admin duties
  • Provide courier service and order stock for stationary, paper, drinking water etc
  • Keep files and meeting rooms organised
  • Cover office assistant if needed
  • Handle other office work as required


  • Candidates with 1-2 years of Reception experience/ Customer services experience are preferred
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Detail-minded, flexible and good team player
  • Proficient in using MS applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
