Quality Assurance Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with the Business Lead to facilitate discussions with Executives; synthesize and condense complex requirements for C-suite presentations.
• Functional Advisory: Lead the functional design and scoping of corporate solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives rather than technical execution.
• Data Storytelling: Drive the presentation of data in an impactful manner, ensuring visualizations provide clear, actionable value to the business side.
• Strategic Use Cases: Develop and manage functional use cases for data platforms, pipelines, and dashboards across Real Estate, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Change Management: Work alongside Change Management (CM) activities to ensure seamless organizational adoption of new data solutions.

Key Requirements

• Data Exposure: Substantial experience working within data-centric environments; must understand the logic of data pipelines and dashboarding.
• Functional Expertise: Proven track record in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and business-side discussion.
• Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to present to senior leadership and translate technical data concepts into business-friendly language.
• Technical Liaison: Ability to collaborate with technical leads to define detailed functional specifications based on business needs.
