Project Manager, Network and Security ($40-50k +

This is a leading investment banking institution with expanding business across APAC.

Lead end-to-end delivery of network and security projects, including network upgrades, SD-WAN, firewall deployments, Zero Trust initiatives, cloud migrations, and segmentation projects.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including network engineers, security architects, and external vendors.
Ensure all projects meet security standards and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and expectation alignment.
Track project performance, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts for networking and security solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3-7 years of project management experience in IT, in network and/or security projects.
Strong technical knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN, SD-WAN) and cybersecurity (firewalls, IAM, EDR, Zero Trust, etc.).
PMP certification required.
Preferred: CISSP, CCNP Security, or equivalent security/networking certifications.
Proven experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.).
Strong commands in both Chinese and English desired.
