Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist and report to the Head of Projects & Facilities Management
  • Prepare design and development proposals, including scope of capital works, major repair & maintenance works, alteration & improvement project, etc.
  • Liaise with government departments or consultants on campus projects
  • Work on tender and analysis reports with recommendations to related committees/authorities for the approval
  • Conduct site visits for standard/ performance check when necessary
  • Maintain health and safety standards of the campus
  • Prepare annual capital and operational budgets



Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Building related discipline
  • 8+ years of relevant and solid experience in project management
  • Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficient application of AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
