Our client is a luxury consumer brand and had a regional office in Hong Kong. They have a regional process improvement/business transformation team around 15+ people which focuses on business, brand, network and internal process transformation.
This team's objective is to define project scope and execute tasks associated with changing the process, launching new standard or measurements of KPI. You will develop structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks, time to market and budget constraints. By collaborating with colleagues across different departments to assess workloads and impacts for them, you are able to identify dependencies and possible issues across teams. During this planning process, you will develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables. Each of these activities should have an identified owner, the person who will carry this out, as well as a clear timeline and success criteria. You will compile and document project information. Historical information on projects is used not only for reference for future projects but also to assess the project delivery, completeness, and alignment with stated objectives and goals.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor Degree of any discipline. Master Degree in Business Administration, HR, IT or equivalent disciplines is preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in transformation project management, preferably equipped with both inhoused and agency exposure
- Regional experience is an advantage but not necessary
- Excellent communications skills. Fluent English and Cantonese
