You will be part of a global Financial Crime Risk Transformation program that will ensure our client meets its regulatory commitments
Your responsibilities will be to manage change through assigned projects which are established to deliver a specific outcome, on time and on budget. Projects may be stand alone or part of a Program. Proactively monitor project execution to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle. Take ownership of critical issues and ensures resolution within agreed timescales and implements mitigating plans against identified risks and issues. Collaborates and builds positive stakeholder and business partner relationships providing regular updates to resolve high priority issues affecting the project.
Develop the plan within constraints, considering the delivery approach, key milestones and dependencies within the plan, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and quality. Drive a culture of achievement and ensure pace by identifying and removing barriers to project success. Maintain project change control, ensuring any changes to baseline are managed through change request and all impacts are considered and act as a role model to create and maintain a collaborative team environment which supports and encourages the professionalism and development of our teams
The ideal candidate does not need to have financial crime risk knowledge but will be a bonus if they do. Most importantly is having Core Project Management Knowledge and Skills (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2 certified) with Strong problem solving and analytical skills. A technical background (math, computer science) preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment and be able to work independently and self-learn.
