Project Finance Manager, MNC

Job description

Our client is a global company headquartered in Europe with regional hub in Hong Kong. The company is reputable for their strong brand positioning with business presence around the world. With the APAC business expansion and upscale plan, the company is looking for an experienced Project Finance Manager to drive further success in their finance.

Responsibilities

  • To set up and manage all aspects of the financial accounting function which include financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow forecast, variance analysis, group consolidation and PRC tax planning for a new entity
  • Work extensively with the different functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement within financial processes and to lead on the implementation of required changes.
  • Develop new tools and reporting in line with changing business requirements.
  • Drive special projects and initiatives, e.g. process improvement, system development, budget modelling, policies and procedures set.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Member of recognized accounting professional bodies, e.g. HKICPA/ACCA
  • At least 5 years auditing and accounting experience, with exposure to PRC market
  • Industry knowledge in FMCG / Trading & Manufacturing / Retail would be ideal
  • Work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
