Job description:

  • Provide all-round administrative support such as office procurement & Facilities Management
  • Supervise junior admin assistant
  • Assist in office renovation, relocation projects and setting up by application of AutoCAD
  • Liaise with operations, various vendors and other departments in daily operations
  • Oversee and implement corporate administration policies and procedure
  • Handle procurement matters and payment requests
  • Coordinate with colleagues of other business units on administration tasks

Job requirements:

  • Diploma or above in related to Business Administration/ Facilities Management or related disciplines
  • 6+ years' experience in office administration / facility management; supervisory experience preferred
  • Solid work experience in handling office relocation projects, of MNC as an advantage
  • Cheerful, mature & independent
  • Excellent PC application in Words, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill
