Project Administrator (Sha tin, up to 22k)

Our client is a listed electricity company in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a talented and driven individual to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate training activities and programmes
  • Manage training events and maintain respective training facilities, equipment and materials to ensure safety and health standards are achieved and efficient training delivery
  • Handle general enquiry of Hotline
  • Prepare presentation materials for Management talks
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate training records
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor as and when required


  • A university Degree / Higher Diploma in Engineering, Business Studies, Management, or related discipline
  • A minimum 2 years' relevant experience in providing administrative support
  • Result oriented, meticulous and with strong interpersonal and communication skills Organized, independent, innovative, creative and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Chinese and English) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua would be advantage
  • Willing and able to work irregular hours, outside office hours, including weekends or holidays while replacement leave compensation will be granted under company guideline
