Job description


  • Provide administrative assistance and other general operations to Project team
  • Proceed expense reconciliation and report generation
  • Process documentation for operation
  • Compile and analyze report
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned


  • Minimum 1-2 year of relevant working experience
  • Good presentation/ training skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel for data manipulation and reporting
  • Experienced in report generation and analysis
  • Self-motivated, able to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to make sound decisions following procedures in a fast-paced environment
