Production Supervisor - 30k

My client is a global leading luxury / collectable grading service provider. To maintain their production process and operation, they are now in search of a Production Supervisor.

You will support the daily pick and pack production and operation function of the company. You will manage the packing / unpacking, system update and operation process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the Assistant Manager on regular pick and pack production / operation related function
• Manage a small team to arrange efficient production function
• Lead the process improvement regarding the production and operation flow
• Lead the lean production process to further improve operation efficiency
• Provide updates to internal system to ensure accurate and traceable data of the stocks and client invoicing
• Support the Assistant Manager on other admin or operational task task

To quality, one must possess:

• Diploma or associate degree holder with at least 5 years of production management experience
• Experience with manufacturer or other production facilities
• Experience with process improvement and lean production
• Hands-on experience with physical operation (light weigh)
• Friendly team player with good communication skills
• Proficient with both spoken and written English and Mandarin
