Procurement Analyst

Our client is a multinational organisation with a regional procurement hub in Hong Kong, supporting business operations across APAC. The team manages strategic sourcing, supplier governance, and procurement transformation initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to drive efficiency, compliance, and cost optimisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, RFx execution, supplier selection, and contract administration
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives across indirect spend categories
  • Conduct spend analysis and assist in developing sourcing strategies to optimise procurement efficiency
  • Coordinate and lead RFP/RFQ processes in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Support contract negotiation activities and vendor selection decisions
  • Maintain and update procurement templates, including terms & conditions and contract documentation
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
  • Assist in vendor risk assessments and monitor supplier performance on an ongoing basis
  • Support vendor management initiatives and maintain related frameworks and documentation
  • Collaborate on regional and global procurement projects, ensuring timely execution
  • Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within indirect sourcing
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, RFx execution, and supplier management practices
  • Exposure to regulated industries (e.g. financial services) is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of procurement systems (e.g. Ivalua or similar platforms)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate with regional stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English; additional language (e.g. French, Chinese) is a plus
