Job duties

  • Prepare business correspondence, agenda and minutes
  • Provide full administrative and PA support
  • Effective coordination and management of schedule, and set up of meetings and appointments
  • Handle all aspects of the executive travel arrangement, including ticketing, accommodation as well as expense reimbursement
  • Manage all company event logistics including venue selection, on-site show management, etc.
  • Organize and maintain filing system

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proactive, well-organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detailed oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multi-tasks
  • Sound knowledge in MS office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
