My client is a global law firm with an office in Central. They are now looking for a Part-time Payroll and Accounting Assistant to support the regional team. This is a newly created headcount, you will be working 2-3 days per week on a long term basis.


  • Responsible for day to day payroll operation including monthly payroll processing, final payment calculation, MPF administration, employer's return reporting, etc
  • Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure the payroll processing is performed accurately
  • Review payslips and payroll reports
  • Answer the general inquiries on payroll calculation
  • Prepare regular payroll-related report, full-time employee report for internal use
  • Assist the Finance Department in ad hoc payroll projects/ analysis


  • Diploma holder with at least 3 years experience in payroll
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Salaries Tax and/or China Individual Income Tax Rules
  • Chinese typing is a must
  • Flexible, mature and committed - able to follow payroll schedule tightly
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
