Job Duties

  • Manage the reception area and provide general receptionist services
  • Assist the team on administrative duties and provide secretarial support to the management
  • Handle and coordinate meeting rooms appointments
  • Provide support like meeting room set up, F&B support and replenishment of refreshment and office supplies when required
  • Work on expenses claims and update on the system
  • Perform procurement activities for various office equipment and supplies

Job Requirements

  • With 2+ years of receptionist/ admin-related working experiences
  • Mature, organized and helpful team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
