Our client is a PRC based private equity company. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a part-time HR manager to join the energetic and westernized team. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced team with multicultural background. This is a standalone all-rounded role based in HK office. You will report to COO. Flexible working hours are offered. This is a long term part-time HR position.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations in HK and Beijing offices
  • Establish company policies that is in line with company culture
  • Manage work visa applications and extension
  • HR reports and analysis
  • Process payroll and MPF
  • Handle tax return and related admin tasks
  • Handle recruitment, orientation and enrollment
  • Staff training sessions
  • Perform ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • Excellent level of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open-minded, flexible, outgoing and willing to learn
  • Good PC skills (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Solid all-rounded HR experience in financial service is a must
