Operations Officer (Fresh Grads welcome!)

Job Duties

  • Assist to perm Hedge Fund and Private Equity processing accurately and meeting tight deadlines
  • Manage and overlook exceptions, check for any discrepancies and irregularities
  • Assist in timely escalation of exceptions for management awareness
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks and/or assignemnts
  • Maintain effective communication with different stakeholders


Requirements

  • Fluent English and Cantonese
  • Strong excel and word skills as advantage
  • Strong numerical skills and computer knowledge
