Operational Resilience / Business Continuity

Job Duties

• Support the governance, implementation, and ongoing management of the Operational Resilience framework in line with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate responses to local regulatory requests and report progress to relevant internal committees
• Monitor emerging regulations, industry trends, and operational risk threats
• Develop and maintain resilience-related documentation, reporting, and management information
• Identify and map important business services, including dependencies across systems, people, facilities, and third‑party providers
• Lead and coordinate scenario testing and stress testing under severe but plausible disruption scenarios
• Assess and report on the resilience of critical operations and recommend enhancement measures
• Liaise with local stakeholders, regional teams, and Head Office RMC functions
• Support the BCP/DRP Plan Manager in the development, maintenance, and testing of BCP/DRP and related contingency plans
• Assist senior management in monitoring, proposing, and implementing BCP/DRP and cross‑location resilience solutions for Hong Kong as an APAC hub
• Participate in crisis management, incident response, and post‑incident reviews
• Support transversal initiatives led by the Organization team
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by Management or Regional Risk teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proven experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or related functions within a financial institution
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations affecting operational resilience
• Experience developing and maintaining resilience or continuity frameworks
• Exposure to scenario testing, crisis management, and incident response
• Experience in third‑party risk management is an advantage
