Our client is a well-established company in the Food & Beverage sector. Armed with numbers of food stores in Hong Kong, the company is still aggressively expanding in the region. To support the Japanese restaurant division, they are now keen to hire an Operation/ Restaurant Manager with native speaking Japanese skills to join the group.
As an Operation/ Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the KPI in terms of sales, marketing, customer services, operation efficiency and etc. You will evaluate current operational issues and provide solutions/ suggestions to further enhance the business. You will take the lead in leading, training and coaching the frontline staffs to ensure the quality & consistency of service. You will work closely with internal parties on marketing, promotion, branding, logistic coordination. This is a rare opportunity for native Japanese speaking candidates to join the growing F&B group.
To qualify, individuals should possess:
- At least 5 years experience in operation management in Food & Beverage sector
- Experience in managing/ supervising a sizable frontline staffs is essential
- Native Japanese speaking skills is essential
- Good command in both English and Chinese
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
