Our client is a market leading lifestyle retail company with strong presence on online platform with rapid growth in market share in past 7 years across APAC market. The company has strong business growth in HK market on both online and offline channel, and it's one of the top tier brands in the lifestyle product sector in APAC. With strong media coverage and an extensive product portfolio, the company is looking for an Online Sales Manager, HK & China to further leverage the growing business on digital platform.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing all e-commerce and business development initiatives for the Asia market with key focus in China to improve e-tail strategy. Your responsibilities also include:

  • Developing and driving the e-commerce and digital strategy for HK and China in line with regional guidelines while partnering with cross departments
  • Partnering with commercial team on how to maximise the business opportunities on digital and e-platforms
  • Designing and managing the brand portfolio and category strategy for the online sales channel
  • Identifying innovative online retail development concepts based on market insight
  • Formulating HK & China e-tail strategy plans and ensure correct application of the same
  • Evaluating sales performance and provide recommendations or key learnings wherever required
  • Partnering with the brand heads and develop business development strategy, budgets and forecasts in line with business objectives

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • University degree and have 8+ years of sales management experience in e-commerce/ e-tail business
  • Proven track record of online retail management in lifestyle/ fashion industry
  • Experience in optimising business opportunity on digital channel
  • Outstanding business acumen with solid analytics and strong interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented, team player, dynamic and proactive attitude
  • Excellent command of written & spoken Chinese and English is required
