Online Marketing Manager (Regional eCommerce Group)

Our client is one of the largest eCommerce Group in the APAC region with exposure from consumer goods, online media to fintech. They are currently expanding their fintech business in Hong Kong and looking for an Online Marketing Manager to join their Hong Kong office.
You will be responsible for the daily management and operations of their O2O marketing platform from planning to execution with an aim to increase overall traffic and conversion. You will be working with internal creative team to ensure visual and contents are aligned with company's branding strategy; working on CRM programs to increase active users; gathering and analysing performance data and insights for improvements.
- At least 7-8 years of Digital Marketing experiences in an eCommerce environment, preferbly with start up experiences
- Strong track record in ROI- driven digital marketing campaigns
- Mobile marketing and statistical modeling experience is a plus
- Analytical mindset, able to draw insights from data
- Fast paced, able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
