Our client is a leading professional services firm. They are now looking to hire an experienced Office Manager to join the team. This role is based in Hong Kong with periodic regional travel.

Reporting to the Director, you will be supervising a small team of receptionists and support staff in day-to-day administrative and office well-being related matters. The team will be managing meeting room bookings and supporting senior level management and partners in making travel bookings as well as any office renovation projects. You will be managing staff roster, leave applications and assisting with annual staff appraisals. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • A minimum 8-10 years' administrative experience and 2-3 years' supervisory experience. Prior experience within professional services industry, an advantage
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with the use of MS office
  • Excellent English, Mandarin and Cantonese skills
  • Flexibility for 15-20% travel
