Our client is a global company in food distributing and trading, they are looking for an Office Manager to take care of Administration and HR for the Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities

  • 80% handle office admin; 20% handle HR matters
  • Handle daily office operation eg. documentation filing, office supplies etc.
  • Meeting room and calendar management
  • Responsible for HR matters eg. payroll, MPF calculation, timesheet and reporting
  • Support the office in event management eg. office events and activities


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as Office Manager / Operations in English speaking environment
  • Fluent close to native English
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Mature and able to take initiatives on the tasks
  • Immediately Available is a must
