Our client is a global company in food distributing and trading, they are looking for an Office Manager to take care of Administration and HR for the Hong Kong office.
- 80% handle office admin; 20% handle HR matters
- Handle daily office operation eg. documentation filing, office supplies etc.
- Meeting room and calendar management
- Responsible for HR matters eg. payroll, MPF calculation, timesheet and reporting
- Support the office in event management eg. office events and activities
- Minimum 5 years experience as Office Manager / Operations in English speaking environment
- Fluent close to native English
- Organized and able to work independently
- Mature and able to take initiatives on the tasks
- Immediately Available is a must
