Job duties:

  • Monitor and provide guidance to the team on office management duties
  • Manage Office renovation, facilities, staff desks, logistics and travel arrangements
  • Monitor operations of mail rooms, premises and facilities; support in vendors and clients management
  • Communicate and maintain close work relationship with other functions to facilitate daily operations
  • Support in staff management duties & coordinate in operation review
  • Support in operation projects and suggest appropriate strategies and plans when necessary
  • Report to managements on any related issues

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related
  • 5+ years' solid experience in office & facilities management duties
  • Previous work experience in MNCs or professional industries are preferred
  • Confident, mature and efficient individuals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Both written and spoken skills are required)
