Our Client is one of the well recognised Global Banks and is now looking for an Administrator to join their Operation Team
Responsibilities
- To provide administrative support to HK office such as ordering stationary, name cards, chops, envelope/letterheads.
- Raising CMP requests such as new hire set up, voice log / systems access for team members
- Helping in preparing the expense reports, ordering company search of new clients/prospects, arranging & coordinating client events, coordinating the yearly order for clients/colleagues such as moon cakes, red pakets, fit notes & Tangerines & helping in consolidating & chasing report.
