Our client is an international financial service, they are looking for a smiley and cheerful office administrator with positive energy to support the Hong Kong office. You will be working with a admin team of 5. This is a 6 months contract position with very high chance to be converted to permanent staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for office administration, catering arrangement and reception tasks for the HK office of 150 staff
  • Set up of meeting, event preparation, visitor pass registration and meeting rooms arragement
  • Assist in general administration, document handling, procurement update, company policy update and standard service quality checks
  • Perform ad hoc task as assigned by office manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of receptionist and office admin experience in westernized companies
  • Stable work record with sizable companies
  • Good team player, good interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge in computer application such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good level of English and Cantonese
