Our client is a top tier financial institution, they are currently looking for an office administrator to support the general office operation ion Hong Kong

Job duties

  • Liaise with various service providers for office supplies / services sourcing with service monitoring & periodic review

  • Handle procurement and maintenance contract relating to Building Services
  • Deal with HR on temporary accommodation sourcing
  • In charge of the office maintenance & repair and offer smart hand on office equipment and facilities failure
  • Oversee & manage physical security domains including office security system, office fire safety, BCP coordination, travel & event security etc
  • Maintain various administrative database & regular reporting
  • Support administrative procurement & payment verification, including handle all sort of administrative non-production sourcing & procurement according to company policy & authority, and Invoice verification & cost allocation for monthly expenses
  • Manage offsite document storage logistics & regular clean up exercise
  • Manage company printed stationery ordering per printing guideline requirement; stock keeping & taking


  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in office administration preferred
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skill
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
  • Attention to details, team player and good time management
