We are looking for an office admin to support the consultants on the daily operation as well as to take care of the whole office administration. Candidate will more experience can be considered as team lead/supervisor.

  • Handling telephone calls (arrange meeting/interview for Sales team if consultants requested) and general customer enquiries
  • Update format CVs and update candidate/client record in the system
  • Compliance checking
  • Manage the logistics and coordination of company events
  • Handle general office administration such as stationery ordering, business card orders, office maintenance and expense handling

Requirement

  • Higher diploma or above
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Admin positions in a sizeable company
  • Able to work in the fast-paced environment
  • Attention to details and organized
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
