(O365/Window Server/Win10) IT Support Enginner(20-40k)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Window 10 and Window Server
- Provide technical support to internal users and ensure services at high level
- Assist and collaborate with different business users
- Administration and trouble shooting (Office 365, Window Server, Window 10)
- At least 3 years' desktop / help desk / technical support experience in professional services (or similar environment)
- Strong background providing high quality end user technology support. Troubleshooting / migration experience covering O365, Windows Server, Window 10
- Strong researching, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Adaptability to work independently and part of a team bringing in experts when needed
- Passion for technology and learning
