MarTech Solutions Architect

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of the complete endtoend technical architecture for the unified martech ecosystem, spanning CDP, loyalty platforms, CMS, marketing automation, campaign and journey orchestration, and survey/feedback systems, while ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Establish and uphold architectural standards, reusable design patterns, integration methodologies, and consistent customer, event, and activation data models across all operating markets.
  • Guarantee that the martech architecture is scalable, secure, resilient, and adaptable to future business and customerengagement needs.
  • Create, maintain, and socialize a unified martech architecture blueprint to enforce alignment and consistent adoption across markets.
  • Architect and supervise integrations connecting the martech stack with platforms such as the Data Lake, POS, eCommerce, Mobile App, and CRM to ensure reliable, bidirectional data flow and operational coherence.
  • Define the API strategy, event structures, identity frameworks, and realtime dataexchange models.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand functional requirements and convert them into robust technical designs that support integrated workflows, data movement, and activation use cases.
  • Participate in technical workshops and solution discussions with platform vendors.
  • Develop a unified customeridentity model spanning Loyalty, CDP, CMS, and Marketing Automation, ensuring consistent identity resolution, profile stitching, and customer recognition across all touchpoints.
  • Work jointly with dataengineering teams to align on ingestion pipelines, data transformation logic, and activation workflows.
  • Ensure the underlying data architecture supports advanced analytics capabilities such as personalization, lifecycle modelling, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value.
  • Ensure that all implementations comply with engineering, datagovernance, and security standards, including dataquality validations, consistent naming conventions, API quality, and eventtracking frameworks.
  • Perform architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical audits to validate scalability, maintainability, and operational readiness.
  • Define and enforce standardized crossbanner structures for events, behavioural tracking, transaction data, and campaign configurations.
  • Develop architecture documentation, implementation playbooks, reusable templates, and guidelines to support rollouts across markets.
  • Oversee the handover process to business teams to ensure a smooth transition after deployment.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of experience in martech, digital architecture, or customertechnology functions.
  • Proven track record in solution architecture with at least two platform deployments that delivered measurable business value or efficiency improvements.
  • Practical, handson expertise with CDP, Marketing Automation, CMS, or Loyalty platforms.
  • Strong ability to engage stakeholders and translate business objectives into clear technical solutions.
  • Solid background in both agile and waterfall project/program management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication capabilities, and highquality architecture documentation skills.
