Marketing Assistant (Events)

Job Duties

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency across all communications
  • Assist in organizing corporate events such as seminars, roadshows, internal functions, external events etc
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, vendor liaison and on-site support
  • Assist with the physical setup and dismantling of events, including moving, transporting, and arranging equipment, materials, banners, booth items and boxes to and from event venues
  • Support on-site logistics, ensuring event materials are delivered, placed and stored properly before and after events
  • Support post-event follow-up activities, including feedback collection and reporting
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team
  • Prepare simple reports and presentations for management review

Requirements

  • Prior expeirence of marketing/events experience is preferred
  • Diploma or Bachelor's deree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Fresh graduares are welcome; candidates with relevant internship or part-time experience in marketing or events will be an advantage
  • Comfortable supporting hands-on event duties
