  • Assist contract manufacturers with line setup, testing debugging protocol
  • Request quotes from various suppliers in effort to reduce overall cost
  • Provide DFM & DFX input from design phase to tooling up
  • Design, setup & monitor the production lines to ensure the flow is efficient and effective
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills by clearly documenting activities and
  • presenting information, technical content and ideas
  • Estimate manufacturing cost, determines manufacturing process flow and time standards
  • Implement Lean concepts in manufacturing process and administration process
  • Drive for continuous improvement in manufacturing process to optimize productivity and quality excellence
  • Makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines
  • Create and lead gantt schedules to ensure CM' are on track and management team is well informed on risk and mitigation
  • Oversee and manage all production line and pilot tests (vibration, shock, freeze, etc.)
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management


  • Degree holder with Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related discipline
  • Over 5 years experience in manufacturing field, experience in manufacturing
  • engineering functions or process development /improvement for consumer electronics
  • (IoT) is an advantage
  • 2+ years with PCBA manufacturing, component sourcing, assembly and testing
  • Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and process control
  • Familiarity with the process of integrating technical designs into a production
  • environment
  • Lean and Six Sigma implementation experience preferred
  • In processing and final quality control
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin, good in communication skills


  • 2+ years working experience in China manufacturing environment
  • HALT and HASS testing procedures and requirements
  • Radio emissions protocol testing (CE, FCC, BTLE, etc.)
  • Lock testing certification knowledge (ART, Varefakta, Sold Secure, etc.)
