Ambition is working closely with a leading Corporate Finance Boutique in Cardiff to recruit a manager for their Corporate Finance division focusing on M&A, lead advisory. The team focuses on low-mid market transactions and is sector agnostic.

This is a great opportunity to build a career in Corporate Finance as a manager and that will give you the chance to grow in a fast paced environment whilst having an opportunity to learn directly off one of the partners.

The firm has been around for over 30 years and have built out long lasting relationships with all of their clients in the UK and Internationally as well. Whilst the firm has been maintaining fantastic relationships the key point about this role is the great bonus structure which is very lucrative!

As with any job there is a few requirements to ensure you succeed from the moment you find the right company:

• ACA Qualified (Preferred)
• Corporate Finance experience
• Communication skills
• Prior demonstrable deal experience
• Team player
• Ability to meet deadline
