Logistics & Operation Specialist (Apparel | 24 - 30k)

My client is a market leading apparel company. Looking to enhance their logistics and supply chain function, they are now in search of a Logistics & Operation Specialist.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage regular supply chain operations with 3PL over warehouses and inbound logistics to ensure 3PL's performance and compliances
• Arrange samples for label testing and follow up on audit results.
• Coordinate with suppliers and 3PL on further logistics arrangement or reordering
• Conduct regular reporting and data analysis on 3PL's performance
• Support the team on process improvement projects such as system improvement, distribution center upgrade or SOP reviews

To qualify, one must possess

• Diploma holder with at least 3 years of logistics experience supporting inbound logistics arrangement
• Experience on 3PL management
• Experience managing stock flow to China would be an advantage
• Good communication skills and team player mentality
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
