Logistics Analyst (Luxury; 26k)

My client is a well known luxury retail MNC. Looking to reinforce their logistics operation, they are now in search of a Logistics Analyst.

Reporting to the Assistant Logistics Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and support company's brand to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations
• Monitor vendor and 3PL's KPI and performance to ensure effective and efficient logistics objectives are met
• Conduct regular data analysis on logistics performance and support internal stakeholders on improvement projects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance teams on billing invoices and other vendors' documentations
• Support team on other ad-hoc logistics tasks and projects

To qualify, one must possess:

• Degree holder with at least 1 year of logistics, supply chain or operation experience
• Proficient Excel user and familiar with functions such as Pivot Table and Vlookup
• Experience within the consumer or retail industry will be an advantage
• Experience working with forwarder or 3PL will be an advantage
• Good communication skills, positive attitude and keen to learn
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
