Legal Technology Consultant

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering automated document and workflow solutions to support legal teams
  • Maintaining and refining existing automation tools to ensure they remain effective, accurate, and aligned with current requirements
  • Exploring and recommending improvements, including system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other digital tools to maximise overall value
  • Acting as a subject matter advisor on the organisation's LegalTech offerings and how they can be applied in different scenarios
  • Collaborating with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and an improved end-user experience
  • Leading training sessions and demonstrations to drive understanding and adoption of technology solutions among internal users and clients
  • Coordinating deployments by working with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and adoption
  • Promoting the use of technology solutions across the business and increasing awareness of available capabilities
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce new tools or automation approaches to improve efficiency and service delivery
  • Tracking solution performance, gathering user feedback, and using insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support ongoing success and service quality


Job Requirements

  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex ideas in a clear and accessible way
  • Comfortable challenging existing processes and suggesting improvements
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and training

  • Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Proficient in standard business tools such as Microsoft Office
