Leasing Manager - Real Estate

About the Role:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Manage the full leasing cycle, including prospecting, tenant engagement, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with property management and finance teams to align leasing activities with operational and financial goals.
• Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, pipeline, and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all leasing activities.

About the Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property leasing, preferably within commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong's property market and leasing practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software is an advantage.
