Job description

Our client is a full service investment banking group with Hong Kong as their major hub. They are currently looking for a talented and driven Learning and Development professional to join their team. This is a newly created headcount.

Reporting to the Head of L&D, this is an individual contributor role working in a small team within the HR function. You will have oversight for Asia Pacific offices, and assist in new leadership programmes and training initiative. You main responsibility is to source innovative and relevant solutions; support and coordinate cross offices' training; coordinate workshops and materials; consolidate and analyse feedback and their effectiveness. This is a newly created role where you will be involved in newly launched programmes from commencement, and ensure delivery is executed successfully across the region.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or similar disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years in the Learning and Development field
  • Experiences gained in sizable multinationals with regional markets
  • Prior exposure to Financial Services or Professional Services is highly preferred
  • Superb organisation and communication skills are essential
  • Excellent command in both English and Chinese
