Junior Knowledge Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Knowledge Analyst to support knowledge management operations and AI-driven content workflows in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on content tagging, knowledge base structuring, and QA support for RAG pipelines, working closely with senior analysts to ensure high-quality and well-structured knowledge assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support knowledge base (KB) structuring, content tagging, and categorization
• Assist with document ingestion, data organization, and KB maintenance
• Perform QA checks to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and usability
• Support prompt curation and structured content preparation for RAG pipelines
• Work closely with senior analysts on knowledge transfer (KT) and ongoing initiatives
• Maintain documentation standards and ensure adherence to KB governance processes
• Continuously update and improve knowledge assets based on feedback

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience or fresh graduate with relevant exposure
• Basic understanding of content management, data structuring, or knowledge workflows
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured information
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Nice to have familiarity with AI/GenAI or RAG concepts
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Immediate starters are strongly preferred
