Junior Fraud Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and identify fraudulent activities across multiple products and platforms to safeguard company assets and protect customers.
Maintain quality assurance and risk management standards through sample checks, call monitoring, case reviews, and stakeholder reporting.
Lead and support Fraud Operations projects, including system enhancements, process improvements, and AI-driven initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timelines.
Drive operational efficiency by automating manual processes, tracking project progress, coordinating stakeholders, and managing key milestones.
Support business resilience and performance insights through trend analysis, data visualization, training sessions, and feedback briefings.
Manage control and governance activities, including action tracking, access log maintenance, and process documentation updates.
Provide support for ad hoc projects, urgent investigations, reporting requests, and administrative activities such as meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical, detail-oriented approach.
Interest in automation, process optimization, and AI technologies; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and exposure to tools such as Access, Power Query, and VBA is advantageous.
Ability to develop VBA-based solutions and end-to-end automation tools to address business requirements effectively.
Comfortable working with large volumes of data, reports, and multiple systems while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; customer service or contact center experience is beneficial.
Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an added advantage.
