Junior Business Analyst (Graduate Program)

Key Responsibilities

Content Optimization: Review and rewrite document chunks to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with domain-specific (insurance) terminology.
Metadata & AI Formatting: Format content and metadata to optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and retrieval performance for GenAI chatbots.
Quality Assurance: Conduct QA checks to validate that document data meets strict AI retrievability standards.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to log updates, process feedback, and refine workflows.
Ad-hoc Support: Assist with ad-hoc data handling, documentation, and operational tasks as required.

Must-Haves

Work Authorization: Must hold valid right to work in Hong Kong
Current university student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Languages, Information Management, or a related discipline.
Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Basic understanding of GenAI concepts and text formatting tools.
Proficiency with standard collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines in an office setting.
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week during standard business hours.
