Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Junior Knowledge/Business Analyst to support our client's knowledge base management, QA/UAT activities, and AI-powered knowledge initiatives. This role is available on both a part-time and full-time basis, making it ideal for students, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals interested in knowledge management and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support knowledge base (KB) creation, maintenance, structuring, and content organization.
• Perform content tagging, categorization, and metadata management to improve knowledge retrieval.
• Conduct QA reviews to ensure knowledge content is accurate, complete, and consistent.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test execution, defect tracking, and validation of system enhancements.
• Assist in preparing, validating, and optimizing knowledge assets for AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to knowledge and AI workflows.
• Maintain documentation standards and support knowledge governance processes.

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience or fresh graduate with relevant internship or project experience.
• Basic understanding of knowledge management, content organization, or information management.
• Nice to have exposure to QA testing and/or UAT processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Interest in AI, GenAI, chatbots, or RAG-based solutions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
