  • To deliver IT services and solutions related learning support (hands on training) to 5,800+

    computers users which is an essential pillar to drive new technologies adoption with sustainabilit in Change Management (People & Organisation) along the journey of digitalisation in the organisation
  • To identify and analyse the business user's skill gaps in various technologies they use on a regular basis to have better confidence in the technology to overall reduce the reliance on Group IT Service Desk for "how do I" queries
  • To offer learning support (hands on training) in practical work scenarios based with relevant demonstration, skill transfer/development for business users to adopt the use of IT services and solutions effectively
  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts in a layman terms through a work scenariosbased packaging design that make it relevant to business users who can understand it easily
  • Regularly review Group IT Service Desk trends in terms of enquiries, ask for help and incidents tickets that are related to IT services and solutions that can be reduced or eliminated in the future through better learning support, training that this position would provide
  • Develop strategic learning plan (IT services/solutions knowledges and operation skills) with execution for business users in terms of resources, schedule and channels mapping for coming future with relevant deliverable such as hand-outs, user tips, guides and exercises in formats of real-time online, document and relevant medias (e.g. video…etc.) in order to drive success adoption of new IT services and solutions through the change management along the journey of digitalisation in the organisation
  • Develop IT induction programme with agenda and content about IT services and solutions for new employee, the programme designed with presentation, real-time demo, hands on experience for new employee in face-to-face / online conf. style is required
  • To plan, setup and manage resources to maintain the quality of learning support (hands on training) delivery including relevant equipment and tools.
  • Enable the faster adoption of new IT services by business users through defined training programmes through determining the appropriate delivery channels such as one on one, face to face, formal/informal sessions (e.g. classroom tutorial…etc.) or online (e.g. webinar…etc.) where the approach is best fit
  • To develop, promote and motivate self-learning practise in IT knowledge and skills across business groups
  • To provide regular analytical reports about learning support (hands on training) for business users with trackable records, progress and IT services adoption figures and trends. By leveraging these analytical reports to formulate an appropriate strategy to deliver change programs
  • Drives overall users' satisfaction through the learning support (hands on training) and communication of deliverables
  • Communicate and work with relevant IT teams to get familiar with the IT services and solutions
  • Communicate and coordination of IT training and related activities with business users and relevant parties
  • Expectation that 80% of the successful candidates time would be on site with business users in a face to face context providing IT related training after a successful on-boarding process learning the technologies used
  • Role involves in executing change initiatives related to new and refreshed IT services for our Business Groups.
  • Able to understand the core messages required for a given change program and subsequently to articulate and deliver clear messages appropriately depending on audience
  • Role is very "hands on" and required candidate work in multi-task. Candidate needs to demonstrate a can-do attitude to ensure change impact is managed for business users
  • Develop appropriate change management materials for each initiative (development varies from self-developed, external, produced by other project team members)


  • A recognised university degree or relevant disciplines with proficient IT skills;

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with exceptional skills in packaging work scenarios based training program of IT services and solutions, strong presentation skills with capability in real-time demonstration, good in communication with interaction skills;
  • Experience in Microsoft Office software such as Office365 application suite especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Yammer, Forms, PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Stream, SharePoint, etc. and Windows 10, Apple iOS, Mac OS, Android and VOIP phones, etc. will be highly regarded;
  • Understand the Change Management (People & Organisation) about IT services and solutions for business users, strong in facilitate and motivate business users throughout the transition journey;
  • Good presentation, documentation and report writing skills in English and Chinese;
  • Good spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
